The current business was established twenty four years ago by brothers, Brian & Luke Comer, originally from Co. Galway, Ireland. Both men gained a wealth of practical “hands-on” construction experience, having spent their formative years as contract plasterers. From relatively humble beginnings in 1971, they rapidly developed a countrywide reputation for their high quality plastering. This resulted in the Comers being awarded major contract work on many of Ireland’s largest construction projects in both the public and private sectors.

On arrival in London in 1984, their first year was spent plastering several residential schemes while gaining valuable knowledge and insight into the UK market.

After a great deal of tenacity and hard work, the Comers have created a leading property company with substantial development and investment interests in a number of market sectors, including: luxury residential homes, office parks, retail parks, hotels, leisure facilities and retirement & care homes.

Brian and Luke Comer have been instrumental in recruiting and shaping a highly skilled and valuable senior management team of designers, architects and construction professionals. Corporate ethos nurtures and encourages both creativity and innovation, which are hallmarks of the Comer brand.
